Our grass-fed grass-finished beef is raised locally, conventionally, and without any added hormones or antibiotics. Beef sizes vary by the breed and grass-fed genetics.
Our mixed herd includes traits from Hereford, Angus, and South Poll cattle. Beef is available by cut/grind, sampler packs, and bulk orders. Purchasing whole or halves provide customers with cutting options, which we will cover with you.
